Energy Efficiency Requirements as per BCA

As you are aware of the changes to the Building Code of Australia, (May 1, 2005) regarding Energy Efficiency to domestic dwellings and units/townhouses, Q-Bears, would like to offer you our services for all your energy efficiency requirements. We are able to supply reports for any dwelling type in Queensland for a set cost per dwelling or unit.

Q-Bears has fully qualified staff, which includes accreditation for BERS 3.2, NatHers, Diploma of Structural Engineering with 35 years in the building industry. Q-Bears is a corporate member of the Building Designers Association of Queensland Inc., the Institute of Building Consultants, and the Housing Industry Association.

Existing clients include City and Shire Councils, Builders and Certifiers. To the builder Q-BEARS offer a fixed price per dwelling regardless of size or location in Queensland with a maximum turn around of 3 working days after receiving total documentation.
