Requirements to Obtain a Rating

Here you will find Q-BEARS requirement needs to successfully complete your energy assessment rating.

Please note that the following items can be posted, emailed or fax (A3) to Q-BEARS. What ever you feel comfortable with is what we prefer.

Required documentation

The documents that Q-BEARS needs are as follows:

• Site Plan with north point.
  



• Floor Plans with Dimensions and window and doors sizes or schedule.
  
  


• Elevation and sectional plans.
   
  


• The completed Q-BEARS Proforma Request Form.
